Our Experience

As a young girl out of college I started freelancing in event planning & coordination 2010 giving a helping hand where I could & also investing in the skills needed. I then worked at Raintree from 2015 – 2018 as the in house venue coordinator, this is also when my florals, decor & designing journey began. 2019 my journey as an entrepreneur began, I haven’t looked back since & my foot is on the paddle as my desire is to do memorable events with client satisfaction.

We have held countless successful events and are listed suppliers at most venues, including Wild Geese, Pabani, Venue Umwinsidale, Mana Resorts, Siyekhaya Estate, Bushman Rock, etc. We have also worked at game parks, private residence, cooparates or wherever the work has taken us.

1. Initial Enquiry

If this is your 1st time seeing this & the packages we attached it means you are on stage one.

2. Meeting

We usually like meeting with our clients in person or via whatsapp video or zoom. This gives us an opportunity to understand your vision as well as see if we are the right team to execute your vision, answer all your questions, & also get to know you better. We ask that you send us inspirational pictures here & be honest about your vision & absolute must haves & no nos. We also go through our terms & conditions here.

3. The Quotation

If you are not going for the set packages like event planning & coordination but rather decor, designing & florals we then do a proper breakdown for you.

4. Come back let’s talk about it

Have we managed to capture your vision? Is everything you wanted included or did we miss something? Is this comfortable for you? Are you happy & confident that we have understood your vision? Have you understood our terms & conditions?

5. Booking

We require a 40% non-refundable booking deposit together with a signed copy of our terms & conditions. Balance should be cleared 2 weeks before your event. We do not accept payments after the event.

6. Yey let the journey begin

Let the journey begin of countless calls, vendor visits, picking colours, sourcing items for your vision. Even a change in vision lol.
